Acceptance of Terms & Informed Consent

- These terms constitute a legal agreement for all medical imaging services
- Informed consent is required for all imaging procedures involving contrast or radiation
- We reserve the right to update terms with 30 days written notice
- Emergency situations may require verbal consent with written follow-up
- Legal guardians must provide consent for patients under 18 years
Medical Imaging Services & Professional Standards
- All imaging services performed by board-certified radiologists and licensed technologists
- Procedures follow ACR (American College of Radiology) and international standards
- Imaging reports are for medical diagnosis and treatment planning only
- Results require interpretation by qualified physicians - not for self-diagnosis
- We maintain accreditation with relevant medical imaging organizations
- Quality assurance programs ensure consistent, high-standard imaging
Appointment Scheduling & Patient Flow
- Online scheduling available 24/7 for non-emergency appointments
- Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid fees
- Arrive 15 minutes early for registration and preparation
- Late arrivals may be rescheduled based on schedule availability
- No-show fees may apply: ₹500 for routine scans, ₹1000 for contrast studies
- Same-day urgent appointments available based on clinical priority
Billing, Insurance & Financial Policies
- Payment due at time of service unless prior arrangements made
- Insurance pre-authorization required for certain procedures
- We accept cash, cards, UPI, and most major insurance plans
- Detailed fee schedule available upon request or on website
- Financial assistance programs available for qualifying patients
- Copy and CD charges: ₹200 for films, ₹300 for digital copies
Patient Safety & Preparation Requirements
- Complete medical history and medication list required before procedures
- Pregnancy screening mandatory for all women of childbearing age
- Metal implant and device screening essential for MRI safety
- Fasting requirements must be followed for specific examinations
- Contrast allergy history and kidney function assessment required
- Post-procedure instructions must be followed for optimal results
Medical Disclaimers & Liability Limitations
- Imaging studies are diagnostic tools - clinical correlation required
- Radiologist interpretations based on images provided at time of study
- Technical factors may occasionally limit image quality or diagnostic capability
- Follow-up recommendations in reports are suggestions, not mandatory orders.
- We are not liable for treatment decisions made by referring physicians
- Statute of limitations for claims is 2 years from date of service
